Kelly Rhode

Kelly entered the beauty industry when she moved from Ohio to the Twin Cities area in Minnesota in 2007. She earned her cosmetology license and began her career as a hair stylist working at the Lifetime Fitness Lifespa.
After five fantastic years of experience there, Kelly left to start her own home based business. This is where she began to expand her knowledge and love for other beauty treatments.
Kelly fell in love with brow and lash enhancements right way and went on to get certified in lash extensions and lash lifts. She also earned her tattoo license during this time to offer permanent makeup to her clients. Once qualified and licensed to offer all these treatments, she found her niche in lash lifting.
This was by far her most popular treatment to offer her clients and her favorite service to do! Offering Elleebana to her clients was something she was eager to share with other service providers and friends in the industry.
In 2017, Kelly became certified as a trainer for Elleebana USA. Kelly was able to provide lash lift education throughout the Twin Cities, as the treatment grew in popularity over the next couple years.
After attending the Elleebana USA symposium in Las Vegas in June 2018, Kelly went on to learn the very exciting new addition to the Elleebana product range; Elleebana Brow Henna. This was yet another great Elleebana Certification training that grew very popular throughout her area as well!
In September 2018, Kelly was invited to join the team of master trainers. This was a great honor and privilege and a huge turning point in her career. She went on to become a product distributor in order to further share her love of Elleebana. And last fall, Kelly and her husband opened up Rhode Pro Academy, an advanced training center for beauty professionals to take certification courses and continuing education workshops.
Kelly is currently focused on offering Elleebana certification training courses, providing ongoing support to students, product support to salons and spas, and her Elleebana distribution website~ PANOPLY BEAUTY.
