Expectations of the Role
This is a full time position with the majority of the working hours being at our USA HQ in Hoffman Estates, IL.
We have a training facility on site to hold classes. This position includes frequent travel to salons, schools, tradeshows, and other conferences and events, so please only apply if you have the flexibility to be traveling.

About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional lash artist, brow expert, or licensed beauty professional to join our team in a full-time Sales & Product Trainer position.
This role is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the most recognized brands in the professional lash and brow industry. You will play an integral role in supporting brand growth – in sales and in visibility – developing education initiatives, leading training programs, and helping shape the customer and educator experience across the United States.
As part of our team, you will have opportunities to travel throughout the USA and occasionally internationally, deliver educational presentations and live demonstrations, support and mentor educators, strengthen relationships with beauty professionals, and contribute to initiatives that help drive company growth and market presence.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and deliver product education and training initiatives to students, salons, distributors, and beauty professionals
• Represent Elleebana at trade shows, conferences, salons, schools, and industry events
• Lead, mentor, and support trainer and educator development across the network while ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives
• Develop and implement training and support solutions designed to enhance customer experience and educator outcomes
• Exercise independent judgment in planning educational activities, training schedules, and customer engagement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to strengthen market growth and brand presence and implement approved initiatives
• Develop and execute engaging social media and content strategies, including photos, reels, videos, and educational content
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development initiatives for educators and trainers
• Recommend and contribute ideas for improving systems, processes, educational programs, and operational efficiencies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, educators, and industry partners
• Achieve individual and team sales and performance objectives
About You

Qualifications:
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with expertise in lash lifting, brow lamination, tinting, and shaping
• Certified in Classic and Volume lash extensions
• Computer proficiency with typing, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and time/calendar management
• Valid Driver’s License and Passport
Experience:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in the beauty industry
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting teams either in person or virtually
• Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional education, customer service, and sales outcomes
• Experience managing multiple projects, travel schedules, and competing priorities

• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement

Position Details
This is a full-time salaried position requiring flexibility to support business and event needs, including travel, trade shows, training events, and occasional evening or weekend commitments.
The role reports to USA leadership and plays an important part in executing company objectives, supporting growth initiatives, and maintaining excellence throughout our education and trainer network.
