Renee followed her passion to Illinois from Virginia, proudly joining Elleebana USA Headquarters as an HQ Trainer, a milestone she considers the highlight of her career. In this role, she supports beauty artists through hands-on training, technical education, and a learning approach that makes complex concepts clear, practical, and relatable.

With a multifaceted Cosmetology career spanning related legislative and regulatory affairs, educational administration, and esthetics education, Renee has contributed to the development and advancement of professional standards within the beauty industry. Her experience includes serving as a content evaluator for a major textbook publishing company and as a subject matter expert for industry-related psychometric examinations. This diverse background has shaped her ability to translate concepts into real world practical and engaging education for a wide range of learners.

Renee first discovered lash lifting in the 1990s and found Elleebana in 2017, describing it as “love at first lift.” Inspired by Elleebana’s reliable, efficient, and gentle approach, she became passionate about offering the service to her clientele and sharing her knowledge with fellow beauty artists.
