LashCon 2026 was one for the books.

From live demonstrations and education to new product conversations, community catch-ups and two very special Lashie Award wins, the weekend gave the Elleebana USA team plenty to celebrate.

Most importantly, it gave us the chance to spend time with the people at the heart of this industry.

Artists, educators, salon owners, students, industry friends and long-time members of the Elleebana community all came together in San Diego for a weekend packed with education and connection.

Bringing Elleebana education to the LashCon floor

Throughout the event, the Elleebana booth was a hub for live demonstrations, product education and plenty of lash and brow conversations.

Our team loved meeting artists from across the USA, answering questions, troubleshooting techniques and sharing practical tips that could be taken straight back into the salon.

There is something special about being able to connect face-to-face with artists, hear what they are working on and talk through the products and techniques they use every day.

Whether you stopped by for a demonstration, came to ask a quick question or simply popped in to say hello, thank you for spending part of your LashCon weekend with us.

MONOFUSION™ takes over the Sponsor Suite

One of the major highlights of LashCon 2026 was Otto Mitter’s exclusive MONOFUSION™ Masterclass in the Sponsor Suite.

With only 10 places available, the fully booked hands-on class gave artists the opportunity to look deeper at lash lift chemistry and understand how each phase of the treatment can work together more effectively.

MONOFUSION™ is built around the Lift, Lock, Link & Tone framework, bringing reduction, oxidation, bond support and colouration together within a more connected treatment approach.

A major focus of the class was Step 2 synergy.

Rather than viewing Step 2 simply as the stage that follows reduction, attendees looked at how oxidation and setting interact with colouration, chemical timing and formulation behaviour.

Artists explored how better control of these stages can help create more consistent results while supporting treatment efficiency and lash integrity.

The class also focused on moving beyond fixed timing charts and learning to read the hair response throughout the service.

By understanding what is happening chemically, artists can make more informed decisions based on the lashes in front of them rather than relying on timing alone.

Advanced application methods, modern Korean-inspired lash lifting techniques and precision placement were also incorporated into the class, showing how technique and chemistry can work together to improve control and overall lift performance.

Bond support was another important part of the MONOFUSION™ framework, including the approved use of LASH LIFE™ Volume Filler within the treatment process.

The results from our 10 attendees were absolutely stunning.

A very special night at the Lashie Awards

The weekend became even more memorable at the 2026 Lashie Awards.

Elleebana Founder and Managing Director Otto Mitter received the Industry Impact Award, recognising his many years of contribution to lash and brow education, product development and the wider professional industry.

For Otto, education has always gone beyond showing an artist what to do.

His work has focused on helping professionals understand why a treatment works, how products interact with the hair and how stronger technical knowledge can help artists make better decisions in the salon.

It was a very special moment for our team to see that contribution recognised at LashCon.

Then came another reason to celebrate.

Elleebana was named the 2026 Lash Brand of the Year.

After more than 30 years in the beauty industry, this recognition means so much to our entire global team.

It also belongs to the artists, educators, distributors, partners and salons who continue to support Elleebana every day.

We would not be Elleebana without our community.

BRIK & PEARL® at LashCon

LashCon also gave many US artists the chance to see BRIK & PEARL® up close.

The new lash and brow lamination system was featured throughout the weekend, giving attendees the chance to learn more about the products, see them in action and speak directly with the Elleebana team.

BRIK & PEARL® has been developed with control, professional performance and versatility in mind, with a system designed to support a range of modern lash lifting techniques.

For artists who missed it at LashCon, or those ready to take another look, BRIK & PEARL® is now available through selected US distributors.
