ElleeTravel Cash Giveaway at LashCon 2025 – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Entry is open only to registered attendees of LashCon 2025 who hold a valid event ticket.
• To qualify, entrants must be among the first 100 attendees to RSVP for the ElleeQuest Gala, which is held Sunday, October 12, 2025.
• The winner will be drawn randomly and announced live by Otto Mitter on stage at the ElleeQuest Gala. Entrants must be present at the Gala at the time of announcement to claim the prize.
• If the selected winner is not present when their name is called, a new winner will be chosen from the eligible pool.

Prize Details

• The prize consists of ElleeTravel Cash valued at USD $2,000, to be applied toward travel arrangements booked through Elleebana USA HQ management.
• Travel arrangements may include flights, hotel accommodations, rental cars, or related travel expenses.
• The prize may be applied across multiple components of one trip (e.g., airfare + hotel + rental car), but cannot be divided into separate trips.
• Any costs beyond the $2,000 voucher amount are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Redemption Process

• All bookings must be arranged directly through Elleebana USA HQ management (or their designated travel coordinator).
• The winner must provide desired travel details (destination, dates, preferences) with reasonable notice to allow for booking.
• Travel may be booked for the winner and their guest(s), provided the winner is included in the booking.
• Bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• If the total cost of the booked travel is less than $2,000, the winner may receive up to $500 of the unused balance as Elleebana USA product credit only at Elleebana USA HQ’s webstore (not valid with Distributors). Any remaining balance beyond this amount is forfeited.

Validity

• The prize must be redeemed, and travel completed, within 12 months of the issue date.
• Unused or expired prizes are void and will not be extended, replaced, transferred or refunded.

Conditions of Use

• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and holds no cash value.
• Prize cannot be resold, substituted, or combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Winner is responsible for expenses not covered by the prize, including but not limited to: meals, ground transportation (unless booked as part of the prize), activities, personal purchases, travel insurance, and incidentals.

Liability

• Elleebana USA and its affiliates are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or third-party travel providers.
• Elleebana USA is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damages incurred during travel.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the winner.

Publicity & Promotion

• By accepting the prize, the winner grants Elleebana USA the right to use their name, image, likeness, and statements for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.
• The winner agrees to make at least two (2) public social media posts about (1) the prize and (2) their travel experience, tagging @elleebanausa in the post.
• The winner agrees to participate in an interview with Elleebana USA during LashCon 2025, which may be recorded, published, and used for marketing purposes.

Forfeiture

• If the winner does not redeem the prize within the 12-month validity period, the prize is forfeited.
• If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel, the prize cannot be reassigned, transferred, or refunded.

General

• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Elleebana USA reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at its discretion.

Best Dressed Prize – “Crown of Elleegance” at LashCon 2025 – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Entry is open only to registered attendees of LashCon 2025 who hold a valid event ticket.
• The winner will be selected and announced live at the ElleeQuest Gala. Entrants must be present at the Gala at the time of announcement to claim the prize.
• The winner will be selected live showcasing their costume.

Prize Details

• The prize consists of USD $500 cash.
• The prize will be issued by Elleebana USA HQ management.

Redemption Process

• The winner must claim the prize directly through Elleebana USA HQ management.
• Prize cannot be awarded via third-party distributors, sub-distributors, or trainers.

Conditions of Use

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
• Prize has no restrictions on use once received by the winner.

Publicity & Promotion

• By accepting the prize, the winner grants Elleebana USA the right to use their name, image, likeness, and statements for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.
• The winner agrees to make at least one (1) public social media post about the prize, tagging @elleebanausa in the post.
• The winner agrees to participate in an interview with Elleebana USA during LashCon 2025, which may be recorded, published, and used for marketing purposes.

• Elleebana USA is not liable for injury, loss, or damages incurred in connection with the prize.

• The prize cannot be reassigned, transferred, or refunded.

Token Drawing $500 Store Credit Giveaway at LashCon 2025 – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Entry is open only to registered attendees of LashCon 2025 who hold a valid event ticket.
• The winner must have RSVP’d to the ElleeQuest Gala and have been a recipient of the golden token.
• The winner will be drawn and announced live during the ElleeQuest Gala on Sunday, October 12, 2025. Entrants must be present at the Gala at the time of announcement to claim the prize.
• If the selected winner is not present when their name is called, a new winner will be chosen from the eligible pool.

Prize Details

• • The prize consists of $500 USD in Elleebana USA store credit, issued in the form of a gift card.
  • Store credit must be redeemed at the Elleebana USA website (link will be provided privately to the winner after LashCon).
  • Store credit may be applied toward products, webinars, bundles, or courses at retail value (MSRP).
  • The gift card has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The gift card does not expire.

Redemption Process

• • The winner will receive the gift card electronically directly from Elleebana USA.
  • All redemptions must be made on the Elleebana USA website; use on other platforms or resale is prohibited. 
  • The gift card is only valid for use on the Elleebana USA HQ website via the link provided to the winner. It is not valid with any USA Distributor, Sub-Distributor, Trainer, or on past purchases.
  • Any purchases exceeding the $500 store credit amount must be paid in full by the winner.

Conditions of Use

• • Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Store credit cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly permitted by Elleebana USA.
  • Any orders placed using this store credit are final, non-refundable, and cannot be returned for cash or exchanged for credit outside the terms of the gift card.
