Established in Australia for over two decades, Elleebana is a long-standing, family-owned company leading the lash and brow industry with products and education. The Mitter family, the brains behind Elleebana, knew that to build a successful business and turn their dreams into reality, they needed to surround themselves with like-minded people with a burning desire to make positive change in the beauty industry. Elleebana’s got a knack for picking the cream of the crop – real pros in their states. No big deal, but we’ve got a stellar team of 54 trainers just in the USA. So, buckle up as we give you a sneak peek into the lives of a few of these amazing individuals who help make Elleebana what it is today.

Kileigh’s journey in the beauty industry is nothing short of inspiring. Growing up surrounded by influential women in the beauty world, she envisioned herself as a beauty professional from a young age. After high school, she kicked off her career as a Receptionist at a Luxury Spa in Tacoma, WA. In 2014, she graduated at the top of her class from The Bellus Academy in San Diego, CA, specializing in esthetics.

Her career took her to renowned brands like Sephora, Perricone MD, Clarisonic, and Control Corrective Skin Care, where she worked as a freelance artist. Throughout these experiences, the value of education became evident to Kileigh, and she set her sights on becoming an educator in the long run.

In 2018, she took a bold step and founded her own business, focusing on lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, and body waxing. During this time, she stumbled upon Elleebana and instantly fell in love with the brand. Fast forward to 2022, and Kileigh has become the Master Trainer at the USA Headquarters Office. Thrilled to witness her passion for education evolve, she is now in a crucial role, inspiring others on their beauty journey. Kileigh has travelled the world with Elleebana and has also been invited to Judge in Lash & Brow Competitions.

Reid Ryan is the owner of Polymorph Beauty, founder of Bow and Beam Basics and a Certified Official Trainer for Elleebana USA. Over her career, Reid trained extensively with, and for brands such as Aveda, L’occitane, Loreal Professional, Benefit Cosmetics, Smashbox and Dermalogica. During this time, she worked with over 400 salons, department stores and held trainings for over 800 salon and retail employees. 

After 15 years of training/account management in the cosmetics and salon industry, Reid left corporate life to start a new career path. She had one goal- perfecting brows, lashes, and skin for anyone and everyone she met. Thus, Bow and Beam Basics beauty studio was born. Reid firmly believes that our passion for our industry drives us all to become better artists. She brings this passion and philosophy to every service and class that she trains.

April, the talent behind Skincare Solutions in North Raleigh, stands as a beacon in the beauty industry, catering to a clientele of celebrities and trendsetters nationwide. As a licensed Esthetician, her prowess in makeup artistry and skincare has established her as a sought-after expert. Her belief that all women have the right to feel beautiful is what drives her. As a result of this devotion, her clientele continues to expand and she looks forward to sharing this love of beauty with women around the world.

Her exceptional skills in advanced microblading and natural eyelash extensions have graced the faces of prominent figures at the BET Awards, VH1, and among singers, actresses, and celebrity bloggers. April joined the Elleebana team in 2018, and she now teaches Elleebana Lash Lift, Lash Lamination and Brow Lamination courses in North Carolina. Anyone who knows April will know she is a breath of fresh air with an infectious passion for beauty.
